This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by InsureMedy at any time.

3. Services and Disclaimer

Nature of Services

InsureMedy provides educational information and advisory services related to Medicare insurance plans. We help you compare available Medicare options and assist with enrollment, but we do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we strive to help you find the best Medicare coverage for your needs, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, cost savings, or that any particular insurance carrier will accept your enrollment application.

4. Eligibility and Enrollment

To use our services and enroll in Medicare plans, you must:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InsureMedy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services
